E: All of my belongings for the next three months are packed up into my 25 inch suitcase itching to be chucked into the underneath compartment of a Boeing 767 by a most likely disgruntled airport employee. It may have taken two hours to meticulously fold each item of clothing and roll each sock perfectly, but I’ve finally checked everything off my packing list (which I’ve had prepared on a blue sticky note for about a month and a half).
D: Alle meine Sachen für die nächsten drei Monate sind in meinen 25 Inch Koffer gepackt, der von einem wahrscheinlich verärgerten Flughafenangestellten in das Unterfach einer Boeing 767 geworfen werden soll. Es hat vielleicht zwei Stunden gedauert, jedes Kleidungsstück sorgfältig zu falten und jede Socke perfekt zu rollen, aber ich habe schließlich alles von meiner Packliste überprüft (die ich auf einem blauen Sticky Note für ungefähr eineinhalb Monate vorbereitet hatte).

Ich werde im Sommer insgesamt 9 Deutschstunden bekommen. Ich werde meinem Professor Aufgaben für Noten vorlegen.
E: Since I will be traveling for the first two weeks with my school group staying in hostels that probably won’t have washers, I decided to bring only six blouses and two t-shirts and plan on wearing everything twice. I will also be bringing two pairs of jeans, one dark blue and one black, and two pairs of leggings. I have enough socks and underwear to survive without re-wearing any of them except for the thicker socks that won’t get super sweaty. I also have a hoodie that I can layer under either my rain jacket or light canvas jacket.
D: Ich werde mit mein schul gruppe für zwei woche resisen und wir werden kein Spülmachine haben. Deswegen, werde ich nur sechs Blusen und zwei T shirts mit bringen. Ich trage alle die Blusen und Tshirts zwei mal. I bringe auch zwei man Jeans, ein dunkel blau and ein schwarz, und zwei mal leggings. Ich habe genug Unterwäsche und Socken für die ganze Excursion. Ich habe auch ein leichte Jacke, Pullover, und Regen Jacke.
E: Rather than purchasing a new camera that I would probably either lose or never take out of its case, I bought my boyfriend’s old iPhone 7s plus (which takes decent enough pictures for what I’ll be documenting). I will also be bringing my Chromebook in my backpack since I will have to do classwork when I am in Münster.
D: Statt ein neues Camera zu Kaufen, habe ich ein neues Handy von mein Freund gekauft. Es hat ein ganz professioneller Camera und ist ein bischen billiger als ein echte Camera. I bringe auch mein Laptop mit weil ich muss Aufgaben in Münster machen.
E: Now that everything is all packed in my suitcase and backpack, I’ll be counting down the days until departure in the few clothes I have left unpacked!
D Jetzt habe ich alles alles in meinem Rucksack und Koffer gepackt, und ich herunterzählen die Tagen in den wenigen Klamotten, die ich noch habe!
